At nonprofit Hammer Residences, Inc. it’s all about helping people with disabilities live life to the fullest. The company therefore depended on trained staff to support their mission. However, a inefficent LMS was making it difficult to develop the skills employees needed to feel confident and supported in their jobs.

So, in July 2018 the company replaced their existing system with LMS365, a solution that fully leveraged its their SharePoint Online environment and was HIPAA compliant. Though still in its early stages, LMS365 is already proving to have a great impact.
